Employment Equity Consulting

When an employer employs 500 or more employees, they are deemed a designated Employer and must comply with additional sections of the Employment Equity Act.

For employers who employ less than 50 employees, there are still sections of the

For organisations who are not required to pay SDL’s to SARS or submit an annual report, GCSA is still able to offer assistance with regards to implementation of various training interventions to boost productivity and accuracy within the workplace which may result to growth of the business.
