With over 35 years of experience in HR and Labour Consulting, and being a qualified Skills Development Facilitator, I help organisations navigate the ever-changing landscape of people management and labour law in South Africa. Over the years, I’ve worked with clients across manufacturing, healthcare, IT, logistics, education, services, and the public sector — providing practical, compliant, and sustainable HR solutions.
My expertise lies in helping businesses design and implement HR systems that are both strategically aligned and legally sound. From policy drafting and HR audits to employee relations, workforce restructuring, and labour law compliance — I offer hands-on guidance that balances business goals with employee wellbeing.
